Structural Design

Structural Design Our design department is capable of providing you with a variety of samples that affords you the opportunity to interact with a prototype of your packaging solution. Design changes can be integrated immediately and accurately. Our resources provide you the freedom to explore designs options before placing an order. Our manufacturing capabilities can deliver board weights from lightweight paper to .038 caliper.

Printing

Our sheet fed off set printing processes create dynamic color and graphics for high-impact consumer appeal. Our offset presses are capable of printing up to eight colors with in-line UV or aqueous coating on paper or plastic.

Optimal print quality and accurate color reproduction is ensured throughout the press run by employing various control systems such as our densitronic. This system extends beyond traditional densitometer readings by measuring the color's density of ink and it automatically adjusts the color on press to insure its consistency.

By coating your packaging can be further enhanced with UV gloss and specialty matte coatings.

Cello/Windowing

Our windowing capabilities include the application of a variety of materials to provide you an effective method of displaying your products. The application allows us to apply calipers of .001 mil to .015 of PVC

Die Cutting

Our precision die cutting allows us to offer some very intricate carton designs. Pioneer Packaging offers you the latest in die cutting technology, combining automation with precision. All of our cutting dies and counter plates are made in-house by the skillful hands of experienced craftsmen, ensuring the accuracy of each die.
