A National Hardware Company needed to find a way to provide tamper proof packaging while increasing automation and reducing packaging costs.
 Solution: We converted a clamshell package to a 2-piece blister package, sealing plastic to plastic with an insert card.
Benefits of the change:
- Improved the strength of the package
- Reduced the cost due to material calipers
- Improved productivity using a semi or fully automated machine
- Created tamper resistance
- Meets more mass merchant store packaging requirements
- Brought standardization to planograms with a constant packaging footprint.
 A Large Food Manufacturer needed someone to take over their packaging inventory - allowing them more time to manage other responsibilities.
Solution: After a thorough review, we recommended the use of our Vendor Managed Inventory program

A National Personal Care Customer had multiple packages containing multiple materials that made the ordering process more complicated
Solution: We reviewed the package and determined that the multiple materials could be reduced to three options. We redesigned the package to make better use of packaging within the product line which made it more consistent and reduced running time on line.

- Improved quality of package by going to a newly created recycled material which prints as good as sulfate
